Wastewater treatment in Inner Mongolia should comply with environmental protection regulations and guidelines formulated by China. In the planning and design of environmental protection, we must consider all aspects of production, ecological concepts, and environmental protection, and consider the treatment of wastewater, the improvement of production processes, and the implementation of cleaner production. Through systematic analysis and research, a more reasonable governance plan is sought. The main principles of environmental management are summarized as follows:
(1) Eliminate unreasonable products
For some traditional, low-output value waste products with great difficulty in wastewater treatment, we should resolve to replace them with high-output value and high-tech products. If the annual profit of a product is not enough to meet the cost of wastewater treatment each year, such a product should be determined to stop production and replaced with a product that has less pollution and is easy to treat.
(2) Strengthen management and reduce pollution
Enterprise management is also an important factor in preventing and controlling pollution. Such as equipment running, running, dripping, leaking; production accidents or product scraps caused by non-compliance with operating procedures, and a large amount of high-concentration wastewater; Inner Mongolia wastewater treatment uses a large amount of water to flush equipment and the ground, causing an increase in wastewater ; If the cooling water and production wastewater do not achieve "turbidity and divergence", both the amount of wastewater and the difficulty of wastewater treatment will be increased.
(3) Establish a regional small sewage treatment plant
For places where factories are concentrated, the principle of "who pollutes, who treats" does not need to be applied. Instead, the links between enterprises should be strengthened, and pollution control measures should be considered as a whole. Establish a unified sewage treatment plant and implement a "who pollutes, who pays" treatment method. Because the quality of wastewater varies from factory to factory due to different products, some factories have acidic wastewater, while some factories have alkaline wastewater. Putting them together can reduce the cost of neutralizing chemicals. ; Some factories have high salinity and low COD wastewater, while some factories have high concentration and easily biodegradable wastewater. If they are treated separately, they are very difficult to treat wastewater. Due to the improvement of water quality conditions, not only the difficulty of wastewater treatment can be reduced, but also the treatment efficiency can be improved.
(4) Improve water recycling rate
In order to reduce the amount of waste water, more attention should be paid to the source of waste water. If you can consider water recycling or multiple reuses, Inner Mongolia wastewater treatment can improve water recycling efficiency and minimize external drainage. In foreign countries, the recycling rate of water in some advanced enterprises has reached more than 96%, while the recycling rate of water in Shanghai manufacturing enterprises has remained at a low level of 20-30%, and there is still much potential to be tapped. Increasing the recycling rate of production water can not only reduce environmental pollution, but also reduce the amount of fresh water supplementation, and to a certain extent can alleviate the increasingly tight water resources problem. In wastewater treatment, the recycling of treated effluent should also be considered as far as possible.
